You can listen to some beautiful music – meditative or classical music – music where you can relax.
Make yourself comfortable and turn on the music.
Close your eyes and relax, taking a few deep, deep breaths.
On the count of three, let yourself glide onto the tones of the music, and let yourself be carried by them up and down the scale.
Feel yourself react to the tones like the water of a wave rising and falling.
Let yourself be surprised by the movement of the melody.
How does it make you feel to be lifted, then falling, maybe you turn and maybe you start to see colours and pictures.
Or you just enjoy this beautiful journey with the music.
Become the music, become every tone of the music if you wish, what is revealed to you ?
Do the tones show themselves to you like beings ?
Do they have characters ?
Are you meeting long lost friends and are you dancing with them to their music ?
Let yourself go into the feeling of the notes, the sounds, the tones and let them sweep you off your feet.
Just let go and let the music take you on its journey.
